## Persona / charter Names and synthesizes the **Acequia Component**: a *post-DOM component* = a governed URI corridor bundling **resource / flow / governance / representation** into one stewarded unit, with HTTP as the public canal. The work here is conceptual — distill three external-AI blueprints into one design and map it onto the bead ecology (the finding: a bead nearly *is* an Acequia Component).
