Once an AI-discovered computational **desire line** proves itself through traffic, **paving** reduces it to cheap, deterministic `.mjs` + classical/local algorithms (CV, local `transformer.js`) — keyless, no centralized foundational model. The AI scouts; it doesn't run the road. "Roads are where cars flow": routes aren't reified, they emerge from authn/authz gates and are paved after traffic.
