Team ballots still welcome; each new drain is a bead-step. - [ ] **Q7 pointer to chase:** a blog shared in Slack (use the API credential from a Slack-connected session, or route via Oscar) on clipboard content sophistication, drag-and-drop, and multi-facet copy across OS and browser; fold it into the bead. This session had no Slack access. - [ ] Distill a decision note from the ballots (still exploratory unless Stephen ratifies) and offer it to the beads-skill commons. Raw material: his notes on share-intent conneg, GET-or-CREATE potentia handshake, apoptosis counts on segments, local-first named-cache minting, chrono-asymmetry namespace cost, token-defined listing, on-the-fly minting under graph rewrites. - [ ] Consider whether bead GUIDs should move to UUIDv7 for new beads (Q5, Stephen checked A: v7 everywhere for new ids); potential-TODO, needs ratification as commons policy. - [ ] Ambient authority is the interim write rule ("for now", Stephen 2026-07-09); revisit whether the ballot box wants a scoped write-only token like grid-layout-v15's once the auth design settles.
