**Current focus:** two sketch rounds are out and open. Round 1 asks which MVP thread to pull first (orthogonal candidates); round 2 fixes the demand side as the mashup (plume + Incident Viewer + Firewatch grid + v15 morph) and sketches the supply side: STAC bootstrap, onboarding, permissions, persistence.
