## Motivation (Why a GUID) A month of one-page apps (STAC catalogs, incident-viewer, camera calibration, foraging bookmarklets, fire simulation) now wants to converge into one MVP. That convergence is a thread of its own: it needs a stable URI other beads and agents can GET, a place to accumulate the catalog, the UX sketches, and the integration decisions without polluting any single app's bead. This bead is that address.
## Mechanism (What this bead does) Drives an MVP in which **anyone can become a "Host"** for an incident and **invite others to forage** for imagery, maps, and fire simulations (TOA and plumes) in order to **monitor and reconstruct** that incident. The first move (this session) is inventory: a catalog of the relevant one-page apps and bookmarklets, drawn from the "apps" folder on Stephen's bookmarks bar plus apps Stephen named directly. ## Lifecycle - **init/setup:** survey the app ecosystem (done, session 1). - **step:** define the Host flow, choose the composition seams (STAC as the shared spine, acequia groups as the invite mechanism), sketch, then build the MVP shell. - **die:** when the MVP graduates to its own app home under `guerin/apps/` (or a product domain), this bead remains as provenance and design record.
## Limitations - The catalog describes apps as found on 2026-07-07; apps evolve in their own beads and folders, so descriptions can drift. The catalog links to owners rather than copying them. - EGP Missions runs on a third-party site (EGP, the interagency Enterprise Geospatial Portal). Its use is governed by that site's terms; see the [EULA-compliance skill](https://redfish.acequia.io/skills/EULA-compliance.md). - `AnyHazard editor` is a local-dev URL (127.0.0.1:4319) with no public deployment yet. - This bead does not adjudicate which apps survive into the MVP; it records candidates and decisions as they are made.
