**Current focus:** getting the glass bead taos engine going (Stephen, 2026-07-09). Twin is at **v0.2.0**: live `.agents/` census joins the dish (ambient credentials, snapshot fallback) and the board carries requester-negotiated **faces** (dev = transmitting flux glass + GUIDs; partner = opaque amber metabolics + names; `?view=partner`), Debbie's transparency-by-requester vector from the glass-bead-fermentation plate. Feeds the v0.3.0 least-action work.
