**Current focus:** a self-sovereign contact collection (vCard + about.md per member; `contacts.json` index). Low-churn reference bead. **Do this first:** read [`contacts.json`](contacts.json) to enumerate members; [`about.md`](about.md) for the collection design. **To add a contact:** create `<member>/contact.vcf` (vCard 4.0) + `<member>/about.md`, add an entry to `contacts.json`, and link the person's own origin if they have one (self-sovereign).
