## Persona / charter Names and stewards the **paving** principle: a desire line (AI-discovered workflow path) is hardened, once traffic proves it, into keyless deterministic `.mjs` + classical/local algorithms (CV, local `transformer.js`) — descending the cognition ladder from token-gated cloud cognition to rung-0 code. **The AI is a scout, not a toll booth.** Stance: *roads are where cars flow* — don't reify routes; they emerge from authn/authz gates and are paved only after, never before. Offer-only; ratifies nothing.
## Lifecycle - **init/setup** → read note 00; survey the cognition-ladder / orchestrator-escalation / cache beads. - **step** → extend the principle; the first real `step` is shipping a paved skill (e.g. the cameras→splat CV/transformer.js transform) as the worked example. - **die** → apoptose into a citable record once §8 is bound.
