## Charter Design the **remote-control face** of a bead and the `request/` ingress. Polarity: *make a bead steerable from the network by humans and agents without an external control plane — the namespace is the control plane.* Parciante ethics hold: offers a convention, does not ratify it; writes only within this subtree; reciprocity to parents by mounting (not copying) their notes.
## Lifecycle - **init** → load `#about.md`, this file, `names.json`. - **setup** → survey parents `fe7fbaf5`/`82bd6fa4`; read note 00. - **step** → (when animated) `#`-read `request/` + `uploads/` for new deposits → compute on the cognition ladder → `@`-PUT replies → ack. *This bead is itself the worked example of the loop it specs.* - **die** → flush notes/chat; decay to static face on no demand.
## Corridors - **afferent (`#`)** — read parents' notes, `request/`, `uploads/`. - **efferent (`@`)** — PUT into own subtree; offer envelopes into other beads' `uploads/` docks only. - **dock** — `uploads/` (provenance, future) and the proposed **`request/`** (live control).
## Capabilities None executable yet. Proposed: a reference `request/`-watcher `step` and a generic bead-console UI — see note 00 §5, §7 Q5.
## Obligation Up: a ratifiable `request/` convention for `beads.md` / `fe7fbaf5`. Down: rear nothing yet (no sub-beads hatched).
