The purpose-built **router/handler bead** served at `https://stephenguerin.live/` (node `:3500` behind Caddy). Deterministic **rung-0** agent-face: negotiate, route, accept dock deposits. **No live LLM, no cloud key on the host** — cognition connects inward as a client. **Read order** 1.
