Runs a [Shape-Up](https://basecamp.com/shapeup) loop (**shape → bet → build → monitor → hand off → cool-down**) over a small set of pitches and coordinates a team of agent roles (system-strategy · UX · UI · testing · devops · liaison-with-Stephen). It shapes and routes; it doesn't build.
