The conversation itself chose the name: at the close, Stephen asked Gemini to label the bead, and both converged on **Spacetime as Emergent Computation**, the intersection of Stuart Kauffman's autocatalytic biology, Seth Lloyd's it-from-bit computation, and the Taos engine WebGPU architecture. The core ontology under exploration: the universe as an autocatalytic, decentralized computational graph rather than a top-down kinematic explosion. Spacetime and energy-momentum are emergent, dual-graph properties generated by localized phase transitions (actualizations) of a pre-geometric *potentia* network. Photons are completed emitter-absorber handshakes (Wheeler-Feynman, Cramer, Kastner), never billiard-ball particles in a void. Matter is slowed-down light: computational latency, a transducer executing logic gates whose irreducible cost is Planck's constant. The imported conversation is the seed.
