## Constraints - Deliverable is a single static HTML (no build step) — imports the hosted engine bundle via import map. - WebGPU needs a real GPU; verify with CDP Chrome on :9222, never a headless screenshot. - Don't write into `guerin/notes|skills|chats/` or other beads' trees; deposits to other beads are offer-only (their `uploads/`).
